Please do not send passports, identity cards, financial information or other sensitive documents with your initial request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will only request information reasonably necessary for verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Where permitted, an authorised representative may submit a request on your behalf. We may require evidence of that person’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
